Exclusive Confident Kitchen Recipe For Tamale Casserole

Tamale Casserole

This hearty Mexican-style casserole is one of my favourite quick dinner recipes for busy families. It has irresistible layers of crunchy tortilla chips, seasoned chicken, sour cream, black beans, tomatoes & onions with a gooey cheese topping. The added green chillies provide a satisfying heat similar to tamales.
